For yoga teachers who know Yin is more than a slow class and want to learn how to teach it with depth, safety, and confidence.

There is a moment in Yin where everything changes.
The moment when effort drops away.
When the body stops resisting.
When stillness becomes something you can trust.

Teaching Yin means knowing how to guide people to that moment.

Radiant Heart Yin Teacher Training is an intimate, in person training for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to offer Yin that actually supports the nervous system, connective tissue, and emotional body.

This is not about memorizing poses.

It is about learning how Yin works, why it works, and how to hold space for it skillfully.
If you are craving a slower, wiser, more embodied way of teaching, you are in the right place.

This training is for you if

You feel drawn to stillness more than intensity
You want to teach Yin with confidence instead of guessing
You want to understand fascia, meridians, and sensation
You want your classes to feel therapeutic, not just relaxing
You want to use acupressure and touch ethically and safely
You want to leave a Yin class knowing exactly why you taught what you taught
This training was created for teachers who want to offer something real.

Yin through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Yin is taught through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Instead of thinking in terms of muscles and stretches, you learn to see Yin as a way of supporting the meridian system, organ health, and energetic balance.

You’ll learn how to

• choose poses that support specific organ systems
• create sequences that follow seasonal energy
• design classes that support digestion, sleep, immunity, and stress regulation
• weave meaning and intention into each practice naturally
This lens gives your teaching structure without rigidity.

MyoYin

Myofascial release within Yin practice
MyoYin brings attention to the connective tissue, where much of our holding lives.
Through long held poses, intelligent positioning, and time, MyoYin allows the body to soften without force. Sensation shifts. The nervous system settles. Release happens gradually, not dramatically.

You’ll learn how to

• work with myofascial tissue safely
• recognize the difference between sensation and strain
• offer variations that respect different bodies
• support deeper release through stillness rather than effort

MyoYin helps Yin feel therapeutic instead of intense.

The Anasa Method

Hands on support and acupressure
Anasa is a method created at Radiant Heart that weaves hands on support with specific acupressure points to gently enhance Yin poses.
Touch is offered slowly, with consent, and with deep respect for the nervous system. Rather than adjusting or correcting, Anasa helps students feel grounded, supported, and safe enough to soften.

You’ll learn how to

• offer hands on support that feels calming and clear
• integrate acupressure points into Yin poses
• enhance the energetic effects of a pose without pushing
• read when touch is helpful and when it’s not

This approach turns Yin into a deeply held experience.

Traditional Chinese Medicine provides the wisdom.
MyoYin supports the physical body.
Anasa deepens the energetic experience through touch.

Together, they create Yin that works on the body, the nervous system, and the inner landscape at the same time.

This is Yin that people remember.
