Grow your practice and learn to teach with skill, clarity, and heart. Our curriculum blends classical foundations with modern, functional movement and accessible, trauma-informed teaching.

Roots of Yoga & Philosophy: History, lineages, Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Eight Limbs, yamas & niyamas, and core spiritual frameworks (gunas, dharma/karma, traditional paths).
​
Functional Anatomy & Safe Alignment: Skeletal & muscular systems, fascia, planes of motion, body mechanics, target areas, and alignment for diverse bodies.
​
Energetic Anatomy & Subtle Body: Koshas, prana vayus, nadis, chakras, mudras, mantra, and bandhas.
​
Asana Lab & Tools of Practice: Warm-ups, Sun Salutations, standing, balancing, seated, reclined, forward bends, backbends, twists, arm balances, inversions, and Savasana; plus meditation, pranayama, and introductory kriyas.

The Art of Teaching: Sequencing, class construction, counterposes & transitions, props & modifications, consent-based assists, teacher presence & energy.
​
Trauma-Informed & Accessible Yoga: Nervous-system awareness, invitational language, adaptive options, and inclusive cueing across bodies and abilities.
​
Ethics & The Business of Yoga: Living the practice, professional boundaries, honoring yoga’s roots, finding your voice and mission, marketing with integrity, and pathways to teach (studios, privates, workshops, online).

Saturdays 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
Sundays 12:00–5:00 PM.
(Meets two weekends per month with additional self-study and mentorship.)
Additional Friday sessions may be scheduled and announced in advance.
