Yoga became my gateway to the expansive realm of holistic well-being—a transformative journey focused on aligning the mind, body, and soul. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, guided by my roots in herbalism, my path has been deeply shaped by the interplay between movement, plant wisdom, and energetic healing. This journey has led me to study and embody practices that nurture the whole self.

As a certified sound therapist, yoga instructor, and practicing herbalist, my curiosity and reverence for ancient healing traditions led me to explore the depths of traditional Hellenic medicine and other earth-based modalities. Through this exploration, I uncovered countless pathways to inner harmony—each one offering a different way to support the delicate balance of mind, body, and soul.

This lifelong devotion to healing arts inspired me to create Radiant Heart—a sanctuary where these teachings converge. It is a space built on the desire to uplift and empower others through the wisdom I’ve gathered over decades of study and practice.

Radiant Heart is more than a studio; it is the living expression of my journey. Here, ancient traditions meet modern healing. From yoga and sound therapy to herbal rituals and soul-nourishing practices, I guide others toward their own radiant living—toward balance, alignment, and inner harmony, just as these practices have guided me.

Jess Molan

Jess is a passionate and inspiring yoga instructor who creates a welcoming and inclusive space for students of all levels. With her infectious enthusiasm and encouraging guidance, Jess expertly blends invigorating flows with mindful meditation. Her classes are designed to empower individuals to connect with their bodies, cultivate inner peace, and unlock their full potential.

Beyond her yoga teachings, Jess is also a certified Reiki practitioner. Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being. Through the gentle placement of hands, Jess channels universal life force energy to help clients restore balance, alleviate pain, and foster a sense of tranquility.

Maryanne Sholl

Hi,

I am Maryanne. I am mom of two amazing boys and a big furry dog! 

​

The name I chose as my handle for instagram has deep meaning to me. 

@sukha_yogi_maryanne. The name Sukha comes from Sanskrit, meaning ease, joy, and the simple spaciousness of being, a reminder that yoga is not only about movement, but also about cultivating inner comfort and harmony. 

​

 

I am a Yoga Alliance Certified 250-hour teacher. I specialize in lymphatic massage, yin yoga, meditation, and Hatha yoga with additional training in restorative yoga and Ayurveda specialist certification.

​

My passion lies in guiding students toward practices that restore balance, deepen stillness, and connect body and spirit.

 

Through my teaching, I hope to share the essence of Sukha helping others discover a sense of lightness, healing, and ease both on and off the mat.

Melanie will tell you that she believes her son Arlo - as a newly-incarnated soul within her womb - first led her to the Yogic Path, since a spontaneous decision to join a prenatal yoga series in 2016 became her first experience of yoga. She's passionate about sharing the Way of yoga - as a lifestyle, not just a workout - and its many, multi-faceted healing benefits and invitations for evolving and growing as spiritual human beings. You can expect breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness intertwined throughout a strong yet gentle sequence of poses and transitions.

When I started practicing yoga in my late 20’s, it was all for the athletic workout and physical challenge. I loved the physical challenge and sweat factor from a power vinyasa class. Then there came a time in my life that I stopped practicing yoga and found myself riddled with injuries. Years later I have come back to yoga opening up my practice to different yoga styles. This time around I found that my yoga practice was healing my mind and overall well-being on a level I had never experienced in my early years of yoga. It is this nurturing and healing of both the mind and body that I want everyone to experience. My goal is to introduce more people to yoga so they too can experience all the benefits. Practicing yoga has helped me find my breath and my voice. I will always be grateful to the path of yoga and the teachers who have inspired me.
I completed a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification through Verge Yoga Center in Wayne, PA; and a 100 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training under the direction of Ammie Moralez. As an avid student, I am continually evolving my practice through further training and study of all yoga styles and lineage.
I am planning my next teacher training certification through LYT Yoga Method. LYT Yoga Method is the most comprehensive anatomy-based yoga teacher certification program that integrates yoga and physical therapy philosophies.
I want to specialize in injury prevention and recovery and teach with a compassionate and skillful approach. My style is to weave mobility and strengthening exercises seamlessly with yoga asanas. The practice is not in the asana, it is in the awareness. I want to encourage students to find their breath and move toward stillness by being present and taking what they need in that moment to ultimately nurture and heal their mind and body.

Hi there! I'm Deonyse, a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher. With ten-plus years of experience, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for students to explore the transformative power of yoga. My classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and finding balance in both body and mind. Join me on the mat to discover the joy and peace that yoga can bring to your life. Courtney Doyle, commonly working under "not just asana," is a C-IAYT (820HR Certified International Association of Yoga Therapists), Certified Trauma-Informed E-RYT & RCYT (experienced registered yoga & children's yoga teacher), Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Meditation Teacher, Pilates & TRX Teacher, as well as a Reiki Master Level Practitioner & Teacher.
Her RYT hours include a 200HR base YTT, 300HR advanced YTT, a 95HR C-YTT, a 40HR Trauma -Informed YTT, and a 24HR Y12SR (yoga of 12 steps of recovery) YTT.
She has chosen this path because she wants nothing more than to help others find paths of holistic healing that may work for them, like she has found for herself!
She carries a holistic lens into her work of coaching and yoga therapy, which involves yogic philosophy, psychology, holistic wellness, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, & mind-body connection, alongside the poses.

Karen Macauley

Yoga Teacher 200 RYT, IAYT Yoga Therapist

Karen is an IAYT certified Yoga therapist, and has completed specialized training in children’s yoga.  

Karen started practicing yoga to help her body heal from a car accident in 1995.  Finding that it helped far beyond the traditional physical therapy, and had the added benefit of mindfulness and stress management, she continued to practice yoga for many years.  Karen's career in the corporate environment encouraged her steady immersion into the yogic lifestyle to counteract the stress and anxiety that comes with corporate life.   She eventually introduced her grandchildren to yoga and they loved it so much that it inspired Karen to learn how to teach yoga to children.  

Wanting to be able to grow with the children in her classes, she obtained her 200-hour yoga training at a local studio and went on to complete a 3-year Yoga Therapy program which includes modules in topics such as trauma, anxiety, depression, medical and physical ailments, etc.  Karen applies all of this knowledge to enhance her classes as well as to help people in a 1 on 1 setting to identify goals and follow them through to enhance their overall health and wellbeing.    

Karen has worked with Yoga Therapy clients on topics such as strength training, travel, anxiety, caregiving, stress relief, weight loss, increasing physical activity, etc. 

Karen works with clients of all ages and looks forward to servicing clients here at Radiant Heart!

Julievette Jefferson

Yoga Teacher RYT 200, Personal Trainer

Julievette, a lifelong Philadelphian and mother of four vibrant boys, discovered the transformative power of yoga as a sanctuary amidst the whirlwind of daily life. Her journey began in the serene landscapes of Bali, where she immersed herself in both Vinyasa and Yin yoga, exploring the complementary aspects of these practices.

Julievette's teaching style is a harmonious blend of Yin and Yang, reflecting her belief that true balance lies in the interplay of stillness and movement. She guides her students through a thoughtfully sequenced practice, inviting them to find their own rhythm and connect with their inner selves. Through her classes, Julievette aims to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can cultivate strength, flexibility, and a sense of tranquility.

Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve felt a deep calling for empowering people. From the skills we can learn from each other, to the profound effects of a tiny shift of awareness, I witnessed how just a moment can create impact that ripples far beyond what we originally imagined possible. My children have become daily reminders of that!

Knowing what it feels like to get in your own way, and the freedom of clearing the path for your light to shine, I am passionate in guiding people inward with tools to create space for healing, growth, and joy — now, and for the ripples into generations to come.

Every class is a carefully crafted experience for the layers to melt away as you come home to yourself and flourish. Come just as you are. It's my honor to guide you mind, body and soul.
