Vin Yin Yoga:
is a harmonious blend of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, offering a balanced and rejuvenating practice. The dynamic flow of Vinyasa warms the body and invigorates the mind, while the passive, long-held poses of Yin yoga promote deep relaxation and flexibility. This unique combination makes Vin Yin suitable for all levels, providing a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.

Yin:
Targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine as well as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much. Suitable for almost all levels of students. Poses are held for several minutes to really loosen the connective tissue and fascia. The experience will leave you feeling blissful. – All Levels

Yapana Restorative:

In this Restorative Yoga class, we’ll use supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help the body fully relax. Warm, weighted bags filled with magnesium salts and medicinal herbs such as lavender and chamomile will be placed on the body, encouraging a deeper release of tension. Additionally, gentle acupressure will be offered to further enhance relaxation and support the body’s energy flow. The combination of warmth, herbal support, and acupressure creates a nurturing environment for profound release, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply rested.- All Levels

Kripalu Gentle Yoga:
is a compassionate, mindful practice suitable for every body. It relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. The movement is slow, and linked with breath, gradually entering and holding positions that nurture the joints, muscles, connective tissues and allowing the flow of energy for restoring balance in mind, body and spirit. Val’s teaching also offers ways to adapt for those with physical limitations or recovering from surgery.
