is a harmonious blend of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, offering a balanced and rejuvenating practice. Yin:
Yin Yoga is a slow, floor based practice where poses are held for several minutes at a time.
Rather than building muscular strength, Yin gently targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, especially around the hips, pelvis, and lower back. The longer holds allow the body to gradually soften, helping to improve flexibility, support joint health, and release long held tension.
This practice also calms the nervous system, making it deeply grounding and restorative. It is an excellent complement to more active workouts and busy lifestyles.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners. You will leave feeling open, balanced, and deeply relaxed.
6:00 pm: Monday
Restorative:
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to help the body and nervous system fully unwind.
In this class, poses are fully supported with props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks so the body can rest comfortably without effort. Postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing muscles to release, the breath to slow, and the mind to settle.
Rather than stretching or strengthening, the focus is on rest and recovery. This practice supports stress reduction, improves sleep, and helps regulate the nervous system.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners. You will leave feeling calm, replenished, and deeply restored.
11:00am: Sunday
Anasa:
This is a specialized, hands on practice created by Janira, weaving together her knowledge of Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbs, and bodywork.
Rooted in Yin Yoga and informed by TCM, this class works with the body’s meridian system to encourage healthy energy flow. Poses are held for longer periods and supported with bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the connective tissues to soften while specific pressure points are gently stimulated to promote circulation and balance.
This is an interactive, hands on experience. Warm, weighted bags filled with magnesium salts and medicinal herbs such as lavender and chamomile are placed on the body to deepen relaxation and support the nervous system. Gentle acupressure and therapeutic touch are offered throughout the practice to enhance energetic flow and release areas of stagnation.
The combination of Yin, herbal warmth, intentional pressure, and supportive touch creates a deeply nurturing environment for regulation and restoration, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and profoundly rested.

Hot Stone Restorative Yoga:
This is a specialized, hands on Restorative Yoga practice created by Janira, centered around the therapeutic use of heated stones.
Throughout the class, you will rest in fully supported postures while smooth, warm stones are intentionally placed on key areas of the body. The heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, helping to melt away tension, improve circulation, and encourage the body to soften more quickly and fully than in a traditional restorative class.
The warmth signals the nervous system to relax, making it easier to release physical holding and mental stress. Combined with long, supported holds and a quiet atmosphere, the stones create a deeply grounding and calming experience.

Gentle Slow Flow:
This Restorative Slow Flow class is designed to ease both body and mind through intentional, unhurried movement.
You will move through gentle, breath led sequences at a slower pace, giving your body time to release tension and settle into each posture. The focus is on mindful transitions, steady breathing, and creating space for softness rather than intensity.
This class is ideal if you are feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, recovering from physical strain, or simply craving a calmer practice. It offers a balanced blend of light movement and restorative elements to help regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of steadiness.
You will leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and quietly recharged.
8:15 am: Friday
Strength & Stability:
In this unique class, yoga is thoughtfully combined with resistance bands and light weights to build strength and stability.
By adding controlled resistance to familiar movements, you will activate key muscle groups, improve joint support, and develop a stronger foundation for your yoga practice. Expect a balanced blend of mindful flow and targeted strength work.
Suitable for all levels, with options provided to adjust intensity as needed.

Yoga & Mindful Meditation:
This class gently weaves together slow, mindful movement with meditation.
We begin with a soft, steady yoga sequence designed to create ease in the body while building quiet strength, flexibility, and balance. Movements are unhurried and intentional, allowing you to deepen your connection to breath and awareness.
The practice gradually transitions into stillness, closing with a guided meditation that invites you to settle fully into the present moment.
This blend of gentle yoga and meditation offers a calming, grounding experience that supports both physical release and mental clarity.
