Vinyasa:
At Radiant Heart, our Vinyasa classes blend fast paced, breath led movement with mindful strength and intentional sequencing. We teach through a ladder flow style, where sequences build in layers throughout class, creating a practice that feels fluid, energizing, and immersive.
Expect creative flows that build heat, strength, mobility, balance, and endurance while staying connected to the breath and body. Our approach combines the athletic side of Vinyasa with presence, awareness, and intelligent movement.
Best suited for students with some yoga experience and familiarity with foundational poses and transitions.

Slow Flow Vinyasa:
Slow Flow Vinyasa at Radiant Heart offers a more intentional approach to movement while still maintaining the fluidity of a Vinyasa practice. With a slower paced flow, students have more time to connect to the breath, refine alignment, build steady strength, and move with greater awareness.
Expect a grounding yet energizing practice that balances mindful movement, mobility, stability, and ease. A beautiful option for students looking for a slower paced flow without losing the essence of Vinyasa.

Vin Yin:
Vin Yin at Radiant Heart blends the fluid movement of Vinyasa with the grounding stillness of Yin yoga, creating a practice that balances strength and softness. Yin:
Yin Yoga at Radiant Heart is a slow, meditative, floor based practice where postures are held for longer periods of time to gently stress the deeper connective tissues of the body. Rooted in a functional approach to movement, Yin honors the uniqueness of each body while supporting mobility, joint health, and fascial release.
This practice also works with the meridian lines of Traditional Chinese Medicine, helping to support the flow of energy throughout the body while calming the nervous system and inviting deep rest.
A grounding and deeply restorative practice that complements both active lifestyles and busy minds. Suitable for all levels.
Anasa:
Anasa is a signature offering at Radiant Heart created by Janira, blending Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism, acupressure, and therapeutic touch into a deeply restorative experience.
Rooted in the meridian system of TCM, this floor based practice uses longer held, supported postures to encourage energetic flow, fascial release, and nervous system regulation. Throughout class, warm weighted herbal bags infused with magnesium salts and calming herbs are placed on the body to promote grounding and relaxation, while gentle acupressure and hands on support help release areas of tension and stagnation.
Anasa is an immersive practice designed to nourish both body and mind, leaving you feeling deeply rested, balanced, and restored.
All levels welcome.
Restorative:
Restorative Yoga at Radiant Heart is a deeply nourishing practice designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and full body relaxation.
Using bolsters, blankets, and other supportive props, postures are completely supported and held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to soften without effort. This practice invites stillness, slower breathing, and deep release while creating space for the body and mind to recover from stress, overstimulation, and fatigue.
Rather than focusing on stretching or intensity, Restorative Yoga centers on restoration, grounding, and ease.
Suitable for all levels. You will leave feeling calm, replenished, and deeply rested.
Hot Stone Restorative:
Hot Stone Restorative at Radiant Heart is a deeply calming, hands on restorative practice created by Janira, designed to support nervous system regulation, muscular release, and deep rest through the therapeutic use of heated stones.
During class, the body is fully supported with bolsters and blankets while warm stones are intentionally placed on different areas of the body to promote circulation, grounding, and relaxation. The gentle heat helps soften areas of tension, encouraging the body to settle more deeply into each posture and allowing the mind to unwind.
This practice is quiet, nurturing, and deeply restorative, offering space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect to a sense of calm and ease.
Strength & Stability:
Strength & Stability at Radiant Heart blends functional movement, yoga, resistance bands, and light weights to build strength, balance, mobility, and joint support in an intentional and sustainable way.

Suitable for all levels, with modifications and intensity options always offered.
