Service Description

Anasa Yoga is a hands-on Yin and restorative practice created at Radiant Heart that combines supported postures, therapeutic touch, pressure point work, and heat therapy to help the body release tension safely. Students rest in fully supported Yin style shapes using bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and weighted props so they can stay longer without strain. While they rest, the teacher offers gentle hands-on assistance, traction, and targeted pressure points to encourage release along fascial lines and joint spaces. Heated magnesium bags may be placed on areas like the shoulders, hips, or low back to soften tissue and deepen the release. Anasa keeps the stillness and intentional targeting of Yin yoga while adding restorative support and therapeutic guidance so the body can let go without forcing stretch. The practice helps reduce muscle guarding, calm the nervous system, and restore ease in the body. Anasa is accessible to many bodies because the work happens through support, warmth, and guidance rather than effort.
