Summer Solstice Evening: A Slow Celebration of Light
Join us in honoring the turning point of the year with a warm, intentional evening to connect with your body, your breath, and the beauty of the season. As the sun lingers in the sky a little longer, we’ll gather in community to move, rest, and reflect.
We’ll begin with a slow and steady sequence of sun salutations, illuminated by red light to mirror the warmth and vitality of the season. This moving meditation invites you to awaken energy, clear stagnant layers, and anchor yourself in the present.
As the daylight begins to soften, we’ll shift into a grounding yin yoga practice accompanied by a live sound bath—allowing your body to fully release and your mind to settle. Supported by sound and stillness, this portion of the evening invites deep rest and gentle integration.
