Yoga Therapy

According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists, “Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga”.

Yoga therapy utilizes all aspects of yoga, physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines, to focus on the individual.  It helps the individual to set and reach goals while developing wholesome and healthy habits to support overall health and wellbeing.

It works in partnership with modern medical practices, and is not intended to replace medical care or to diagnose any medical or psychological conditions.  However, more and more scientific research is pointing to the benefits of yoga to overall health.

Karen Macauley is an IAYT certified Yoga therapist, and has completed specialized training in children’s yoga (500 RYT, IAYT Yoga Therapist). 

One Session (Members) : $100
One Session (Non-Members) : $110

Four Session Package: $420
