This is a space to feel more at home in your body, connect with your baby, and gather simple tools that support you through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into postpartum.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your practice during pregnancy, you are welcome here.

Prenatal yoga at Radiant Heart is designed to support expecting moms through movement, breath, rest, and connection.

Our prenatal offerings include recurring classes for students who want a welcoming place to begin or continue their practice, as well as The Prenatal Practice, a deeper 6-week series for students looking for more consistency, education, and community during pregnancy.

No yoga experience is needed.

This is a supportive space to listen to your body, connect with your breath, and feel held throughout this season.

Prenatal Yoga Classes

These classes offer a gentle but steady practice with space for breath, strength, mobility, relaxation, and connection.

 

Each class is designed to help students feel more comfortable in their changing bodies while building tools they can return to throughout pregnancy.

 

Prenatal yoga may be supportive if you are looking for a place to move, slow down, ease tension, practice breathwork, or simply spend time connecting with yourself and your baby.

 

No previous yoga experience is needed.

The Prenatal Practice

6-week prenatal yoga series 

The Prenatal Practice is a 6-week series designed to offer expecting moms a more consistent and supportive prenatal yoga experience.

 

Each week will include mindful movement, breathwork, guided rest, and practical tools to support pregnancy, birth preparation, and the transition into postpartum.

 

This series is designed to help students build confidence in their bodies, connect with their breath, and feel supported by a small community moving through a similar season of life.

 

The Prenatal Practice is ideal for students who want more than a single class. It offers a steady container for learning, reflection, movement, and connection throughout pregnancy.

What to expect

  • Weekly prenatal yoga practices

  • Breathwork and nervous system tools

  • Gentle strength, mobility, and stability work

  • Restorative poses and guided relaxation

  • Pregnancy and birth-supportive themes

  • Reflection prompts or journaling

  • Community connection with other expecting moms

  • Optional at-home practices between sessions
