About the event
Join us for an evening dedicated to rejuvenation, community, and connection. The event will commence with a serene tea ceremony and warm welcome, followed by a gentle, restorative yoga session. Following movement and meditation, immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation with soothing sound bowl healing. Stay a while to savor handcrafted mocktails and the wonderful company of therapist friends! We look forward to your presence!
Suitable for all experience levels; all props will be provided. Just bring yourself!
Schedule:
6:30pm - Welcome, tea & settling in
6:45pm - Yoga (incorporating breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation)
7:30pm - Sound bowl healing
