The Story You Carry: Birth Story Processing Workshop

Join us for a deeply supportive workshop designed to hold space for anyone seeking to process and honor their birth experience—whether recent or long past. This gathering welcomes all birth stories, regardless of how your journey unfolded.

In a safe, validating environment, we’ll explore the emotional layers of birth through gentle guidance, grounding practices, and connection with others who understand. This workshop is facilitated by Megan from Nest Counseling , a compassionate clinician specializing in perinatal mental health.

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to the Adalyn Rose Foundation, supporting families navigating pregnancy and infant loss with resources, remembrance, and compassionate care.
