About the event
As we begin the season of awakening and rebirth, you will be guided into opening
Yin Yoga asanas by yoga instructor and Reiki energy worker, Sara Burns.
A Sage cleansing will begin the practice before moving into Yin practice. The
workshop will include more restorative and supportive-Yin poses so each student
can experience their own personalized Reiki energy work.
