Guided through long-held Yin postures, you’ll move gently through the chakra system, allowing time and stillness to soften the body and open energetic pathways from the root to the crown. Yin invites you to release without effort, creating space for both physical ease and emotional clarity.

Throughout the practice, the deep, resonant tones of live upright bass provide a grounding presence that the body can feel as much as hear. The low frequencies offer a sense of stability and containment, helping the nervous system settle and allowing each chakra to gently recalibrate in its own time.
