Restore + Glow is an evening designed to help you slow down, release what your body has been holding, and reconnect with the rituals that help you feel grounded and renewed.

We will begin with gentle movement and myofascial release to ease tension, create space in the body, and support a greater sense of mobility and flow. From there, we will transition into botanical rituals that nourish the skin and invite you to care for yourself with intention.

The evening will close with guided reflection, giving you space to notice what you need as you enter a new month and season.
