Join us at Radiant Heart for a special Puppy Yoga experience benefiting Tiny Paws. We’ll move through a gentle, all levels yoga flow while puppies roam freely around the studio, play between the mats, curl up beside you, and happily interrupt the practice whenever they please.

Puppy Yoga is meant to feel lighthearted and joyful. There is no pressure to keep up with a traditional class. We’ll move, stretch, breathe, and make plenty of space to pause when a puppy decides your mat is the perfect place to play.

This event is donation based, with proceeds benefiting Tiny Paws, so every cuddle and every downward dog helps support the animals in their care.

No yoga experience is needed. Just bring your mat, wear something comfortable, and come ready for an afternoon of movement, connection, and a whole lot of puppy love.
