Ignite Your Inner Light: A Summer Solstice Celebration

Summer reminds us to take life less seriously.  Trips to the beach, outdoor concerts, bbqs, and stepping out into nature are all ways in which we can bask in the glory of warmer and longer days.

While on the outside life seems to effortlessly move forward, our inner world can feel quite the opposite. We may experience that feeling of when our ‘get up and go got up and went’.  The fire within us can burn us out before burning through what stands in our way.

This Summer Solstice celebration includes a group discussion, invigorating sun salutations, meditation to connect with your inner light, a journal practice to give that light a voice, and a group Tarot Spread to help you connect with the energy of the season ahead.
