Heart of Cacao Ceremony

Enter a gathering where cacao is created with reverence from the seed itself. Together we will meet the raw cacao as a sacred companion and learn how to transform it through grinding, stirring, silence, and shared intention. Preparing the drink as one community becomes the first layer of the ceremony, inviting the aroma and earthy depth of the plant to speak to the nervous system saying it is safe to open. After the cacao is made and sipped we will rest completely on the ground and be carried into a therapeutic sound bath with crystal bowls, drum, and vibration. The waves of sound help integrate what the seed and the cup have awakened, encouraging circulation, emotional clarity, and gentle listening in stillness. The evening concludes with a profound circle uplifted steady and connected to the wisdom already living in the heart.
