Galentine's Reset

This Galentine’s gathering is an invitation to slow down and do something different with the people you love. Instead of noise or rushing, we come together in a shared experience designed to gently reset the nervous system through connection, ritual, and presence.

We’ll begin with an incense making ceremony, crafting scent as a group and working intentionally with herbs and aromatics. This is a grounding, creative ritual that invites you to settle in, soften, and connect—not only with the materials in your hands, but with the friends beside you. Creating together becomes a way to regulate together.

From there, we’ll move into a gentle aroma yoga practice, guided by breath and supported by calming scents. The focus is not on performance, but on listening inward, releasing tension, and allowing the body to find ease in its own time.
