Aroma Yoga

With each posture and breath, carefully chosen essential oils are introduced to deepen your experience. Lavender may calm your nervous system, citrus may awaken your spirit, grounding oils may steady your presence. Together, the alchemy of yoga and aromatherapy invites you to move beyond the physical, to feel each moment more vividly, and to connect more profoundly with yourself.

This class is an invitation to surrender and receive to let scent and movement weave together, carrying you into a state of balance and renewal. Aroma Yoga is included in membership, and non-members are welcome with a drop-in pass.
