November Yoga Calendar *All Classes are suitable for beginners however, if you are new to yoga, our 8am classes are specifically designed for you. Mondays 8:00 AM - Anusara Inspired Beginner Yoga (focus on alignment, heart opening, balance, twists) 9:30 AM - Vinyasa (fast paced and athletic with fun, high-energy music) 10:30 AM - Chakra & Conscious Breath Yoga (beginner/intermediate with focus on chakra-opening) 11:30 AM - Align with the Divine: Heart Opening Yoga to balance, ground, and open to the divine 6:30 PM - Yin Yoga with Laura Yin Yoga (gentle, long-held poses to loosen the fascia and connective tissues) Tuesdays 8:00 AM - Morning Hatha Yoga (series of poses to limber, strengthen and detoxify) 9:30 AM - Vinyasa (energetic flow practice for beginner to advanced students) 10:30 AM - Hatha Recharge (series of poses to limber, strengthen & detoxify) 5:30 PM - Yoga for Strength & Stability with Kristen 7:00 PM - Slow Flow Vinyasa (comfortable and energizing pace to relax and reinvigorate) Wednesdays 8:00 AM - Anusara Inspired Beginner Yoga (focus on alignment, heart opening, balance, twists) 9:30 AM - Vinyasa (fast-paced and athletic with fun, high-energy music) 10:30 AM - Gentle Hatha Recharge (mid-morning practice to strengthen, limber & detoxify) 11:30 AM - Yoga for Strength & Stability with Kristen 6:30 PM - Yoga for Balance &Tranquility (perfect for those who want to focus on balance & strength) Thursdays 8:00 AM - Morning Hatha (series of poses to limber, strengthen & detoxify) 9:30 AM - Vinyasa (energetic flow practice for beginner to advanced students) 10:30 AM - Hatha Recharge (mid-morning practice to strengthen, limber & detoxify) Fridays 8:15 AM - Vinyasa (athletic practice focused on strengthening and conditioning) 9:30 AM - Vinyasa (fast-paced and athletic with fun, high-energy music) 10:30 - Chakra & Conscious Breath Yoga (beginner/intermediate with focus on chakra opening) 11:30 AM - Align with the Divine: Heart Opening Yoga to balance, ground, and open to the divine Saturdays 9:30 AM - Vinyasa (energizing vinyasa suitable for all levels) Sundays 11:00 AM - Restorative Yoga (feel-good yoga with long-held restorative poses) 5:00 PM - Yin Yoga (gentle, long-held poses to loosen the fascia and connective tissues)
