Yoga for Therapist, Summer Love Event

Take care of yourself amongst a community of fellow therapists. This gathering is designed to support you and your heart by utilizing the ancient practice of yoga. There will be opportunities to engage in heart centered breathwork, movement, and loving-kindness meditation followed by herbal tea and mocktails to enjoy in community.

7:00pm - welcome and settle in

7:15pm - yoga session

8:00pm - sunset mocktails and mingling
