Restore & Align

Restore and Align is a nurturing workshop designed to support deep rest, nervous system ease, and embodied alignment. In this special collaboration, Deonyse will guide you through restorative postures that gently open the body and invite a sense of spacious calm. As you settle into each pose, Julievette will offer hands-on adjustments that feel like slow, therapeutic massage, helping your body release tension, refine alignment, and soften into a state of true support.

This experience is open to all levels and meets you exactly where you are. It is especially helpful if you are seeking to reconnect with your body, unwind stress, improve posture and alignment, or simply gift yourself time to rest.
