MEET YOUR YTT LEADERS + MENTORS
Two teachers. Two perspectives. One shared approach.
Your training is led by Janira and Jess, whose different areas of focus reflect the heart of this program: understanding both the physical and energetic experience of yoga and learning how to bring them together through intentional teaching.

Founder of Radiant Heart · 500-Hour Yoga Teacher · Lead YTT Educator + Mentor
Janira Ramirez Melo
Janira is the founder of Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness and creator of Anasa Yoga. Her approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than movement. It is an experience shaped by the relationship between body, breath, energy, intention, and awareness.
Her work explores the energetic architecture of a practice: how philosophy, subtle anatomy, pranayama, intention, and movement can be woven together through thoughtful sequencing. Rather than teaching students to follow a formula, Janira encourages them to understand why they are making each choice and what they want their students to experience.
As a mentor, Janira invites curiosity, self-inquiry, and individuality. Her goal is to help each trainee move beyond simply learning how to teach a yoga class and begin discovering who they are as a teacher, developing a voice that feels informed, intentional, and genuinely their own.

500-Hour Yoga Teacher · YTT Leader + Mentor
Jess Molan
Jess is a 500-hour yoga teacher whose approach is grounded in understanding the physical body and preparing it intelligently for movement. She brings anatomy off the page and into the practice, helping students recognize the relationships between structure, movement, asana, and individual variation.
Her work emphasizes purposeful preparation: understanding what a pose asks of the body, identifying the movements and actions that support it, and creating thoughtful pathways toward more complex asana. Through hands-on assists and close observation, Jess also teaches trainees to see the person in front of them rather than assuming every body should move or experience a pose in the same way.
As a mentor, Jess brings this knowledge into practical application. She gives trainees space to explore, practice, ask questions, and receive direct feedback, helping them develop the confidence, awareness, and hands-on skills needed to teach real people rather than simply teach poses.
