Guided by Kimberly Cayamcela, LMT and Philadelphia’s first Ortho Bionomy Associate, you will be immersed in restorative sound while being supported in gentle, passive positions rooted in osteopathic principles. Instead of stretching or applying deep pressure, Ortho Bionomy works with positions of comfort to communicate safety to the brain and nervous system. When the body feels safe, it begins to release on its own.

This is not forceful bodywork.

There is no no pain no gain mentality.
