Calling all kids who love to move, laugh, and smile with friends! This Valentine’s Day, you’re invited to Besties & Balance Kids’ Night Out, a fun evening of movement, mindfulness and friendship.

Kids will explore playful yoga poses, partner activities, games and calming wind-down — all designed to help them build confidence, cooperation, and connection. Whether they meet up with a friend or make a new one, everyone belongs here. No yoga experience needed.
