Flow + Glow returns this spring with a fresh seasonal shift

This time we are focusing on lymphatic support and simple reset rituals that help the body feel lighter, clearer, and more radiant.

The evening begins with a gentle flow designed to stimulate circulation and support the natural movement of the lymphatic system. Through breath and movement, we encourage the body’s own cleansing and clearing processes while creating space for ease and lightness.

From there we will explore dry brushing and learn how to use a facial brush to support lymphatic drainage. These simple techniques can be incorporated into your daily routine to help reduce puffiness, encourage circulation, and support healthy skin.

We will also create our own Ayurvedic face masks. Based on your Ayurvedic constitution, you will blend clays and herbs to create a mask that supports your skin and overall balance. These masks will be paired with refreshing…
