In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the season of Fall and the Metal element correlate with endings and loss, which is essential for our balance. It is also a time for taking in. Without the nutrients being poured back into the soil there would be no growth the following Spring. Life is always changing and this is the time to embrace its natural flow.
