Radiant Heart is an intimate yoga and wellness studio in Broomall, PA offering Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, meditation, strength-based movement, sound baths, and holistic wellness experiences. Our classes are designed to support mobility, strength, flexibility, nervous system balance, and overall well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Some students come to move and build strength. Others come to slow down and reconnect. Most discover they need a little of both.

FAQ's
I’m completely new to yoga. Where should I start?
You are absolutely welcome here. Many students walk into Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness having never taken a yoga class before. We recommend beginning with a Slow Flow, Yin, or Restorative class to ease into the practice at your own pace.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes including Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, meditation, sound healing experiences, strength and mobility classes, workshops, and livestream offerings for students practicing from home.
Do I need to be flexible to take yoga classes?
Not at all. Yoga is not about being flexible before you begin. Our classes are designed to help you build mobility, strength, awareness, and connection to your body over time.
Where is Radiant Heart located?
Radiant Heart Yoga & Wellness is located in Broomall, PA and serves the Main Line community including Havertown, Newtown Square, Media, Springfield, Bryn Mawr, and surrounding areas.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move in. We provide props including blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters.
Do I need to reserve a spot before class?
Yes. Because we intentionally keep our class sizes smaller and more intimate, we recommend signing up online ahead of time to reserve your space.
Do you offer yoga teacher training?
Yes. We offer Yoga Teacher Training programs for students looking to deepen their practice or become certified yoga teachers. Our trainings blend yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, meditation, nervous system awareness, and hands-on teaching experience.
Are your classes heated?
Most of our classes are non-heated or gently warmed. We focus on intentional movement, breath awareness, nervous system support, and sustainable practice rather than extreme heat.
Do you offer meditation or sound healing?
Yes. In addition to yoga classes, we offer meditation, sound healing experiences, restorative practices, workshops, seasonal wellness events, and retreats throughout the year.

Can I practice from home?
Yes. Select classes are available through livestream so you can join practices from home while still staying connected to the studio community.
