Rest and Renew + Reiki

New moons are nature's monthly reminder that you can begin again. It is during a new moon when intentions are set and seeds are planted for the upcoming lunar cycle. During this workshop we will create a sacred space together where you will have the option to pull oracle cards and do a journaling activity to set the tone for the evening.  You can then expect comfortable restorative yoga poses, a guided new moon meditation, and an extended final rest in which you will receive Reiki healing energy before we close our circle.

Restorative yoga poses are done close to the ground with lots of support! The more support, the better. A variety of props are used such as a bolster, blanket, strap, and blocks. Feel free to bring additional layers of clothing and/or extra blankets or any additional props from home for added comfort and support.

Dress comfortably. Bring a notebook or journal if you have one.
